TI-500E SS weighing indicator overview
The TI-500E SS is an NTEP and Canadian certified rugged industrial weighing indicator housed in a stainless steel NEMA 4x/IP65 enclosure, purpose-built for harsh, wet, and wash-down environments. It shares the same proven TI series measurement platform as the TI-500E but steps up significantly in enclosure durability, physical size, and environmental protection. The 0.6" 6-digit LED display supports up to 50,000 external graduations, and the selectable 10/80 Hz conversion rate provides flexibility between stable static weighing and faster dynamic applications. Full front panel calibration and shared TI series setup parameters keep operation consistent across your facility. Installation and wiring
The TI-500E SS uses a Quick Disconnect cable connection and includes an internal power supply — no external AC adapter is needed. It connects directly to any standard analog load cell or junction box with a mV/V output and supports up to four 350Ω load cells in parallel. For multi-cell installations, a load cell summing junction box should be used to balance and combine signals. Compatible applications
The TI-500E SS is well suited for food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial environments where wash-down and corrosion resistance are required. It pairs with Transcell S-type, S-beam, shear beam, and single-point load cells. |
