TC-TLC/SLC Series DFS-R-ND and DFSII-R-ND load cell overview
The TC-TLC/SLC Series are plug-and-play replacement load cells for the Chatillon DFS-R-ND and DFSII-R-ND digital force gauges, designed as direct drop-in upgrades for the Chatillon SLC series remote load cells. Each TC-TLC/SLC load cell connects to the gauge's existing wiring without modification. The TC-TLC/SLC Series improves on the original SLC design with enhanced safe overload protection and improved measurement performance. For best accuracy, each load cell should be calibrated to the specific gauge it will be used with after installation. Capacities range from ±2 lbf to ±10,000 lbf. Models up to ±1,000 lbf include a 15.8 mm (5/8 in) eye-end adapter; the ±2,000 lbf, ±5,000 lbf, and ±10,000 lbf models do not include an eye-end adapter. Each unit ships with the required connector and electronics in a padded carrying case.

Installation
The TC-TLC/SLC connects to the Chatillon DFS-R-ND or DFSII-R-ND via the included connector with no wiring modification required. Select the model matching your existing SLC load cell capacity. For best measurement accuracy, calibrate the load cell to the specific gauge it will be used with after installation. Models up to ±1,000 lbf include a 15.8 mm stainless or aluminum eye-end adapter. The ±2,000 lbf, ±5,000 lbf, and ±10,000 lbf models do not include an eye-end adapter. |
