TC-DFS3 Chatillon DFE3 force gauge load cell overview
The TC-DFS3 Series are complete replacement load cell kits for the Chatillon DFE3 handheld digital force gauge. When a Chatillon DFE3 gauge sustains an overload or the internal sensing element degrades over time, the TC-DFS3 kit restores the gauge to full working condition without the cost of a complete gauge replacement. Each kit includes the replacement load cell, the loading shaft, mounting screws, and mounting pins — everything required to complete the repair. Available in capacities from ±2 lbf to ±500 lbf, with shaft thread sizes of #10-32 on smaller models and 5/16-18 on 200 lbf and 500 lbf models. The ±2 lbf model uses an aluminum loading shaft; all other models use steel.

Installation
The TC-DFS3 kit contains all components needed to replace the load cell inside a Chatillon DFE3 force gauge. The kit includes the replacement load cell, the loading shaft, mounting screws, and mounting pins. Select the kit model matching the original capacity of your gauge. The ±2 lbf model uses an aluminum loading shaft; all other models use a steel shaft. Shaft thread is #10-32 on models up to ±100 lbf and 5/16-18 on the ±200 lbf and ±500 lbf models. |
