Wireless Weigh Beams, 5,000 lbs with TI-500 RF Indicator
The WB5040-AWP is Transcell's fully portable wireless weigh beam system, designed for livestock weighing, industrial floor applications, and any situation where a permanent floor scale is impractical. The system includes two 40 in carbon steel weigh beams and a TI-500 RF indicator, connected via Bluetooth 5.0 for a completely cable-free weighing experience. Total system capacity is 5,000 lbs at 1 lb readability.
Setup takes minutes. Place the two beams parallel on any flat surface, power on the indicator, and weigh. Each beam has built-in carry handles and an integrated battery pack for true portability. The beams are fully water resistant and the system is built to operate in tough environments from livestock chutes to warehouse docks to outdoor job sites.
The TI-500 RF indicator is NTEP certified, battery powered, and equipped with auto weight capture for unstable and live loads, an internal clock for time and date stamping, and RS-232 output for data transfer to printers, computers, and WMS platforms. Backed by a 2-year warranty, with US-based support from Transcell's facility in Buffalo Grove, IL since 1981.

NTEP certified. Aluminum/ABS NEMA 12 enclosure with 0.8 in 6-digit LCD display with LED backlight. Battery powered via 4-AA alkaline batteries. Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connection to beams. Standard RS-232 with optional Bluetooth module for host communication.

Additional options include 16-bit analog output: 0-5 VDC active or 4-20 mA passive for direct PLC and process control integration.
