4′ x 5′ Wireless Industrial Floor Scale with TI-500 RF Indicator

The Guardian is Transcell's original industrial floor scale, trusted in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and shipping docks since 2003. This NTEP-certified wireless platform scale is available in 5,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacities, legal for trade and factory calibrated, ready to use the moment it arrives on your dock.

Every Guardian 4x5 wireless floor scale ships as a complete, ready-to-use system. The RF transceiver module provides a wireless link between the platform and the TI-500 RF indicator, eliminating the need for floor cable runs. The TI-500 RF is NTEP certified, battery powered, and equipped with a bright 6-digit LCD display, full duplex RS-232 output, and peak hold, checkweighing, and accumulation functions. A 20 ft cable is also included for wired operation when preferred.

The platform is built for demanding industrial use. A 1/4 in diamond plate deck sits on a heavy duty welded channel undercarriage, adjustable alloy steel ball-foot leveling feet compensate for uneven floors, and a top-access junction box keeps installation and service straightforward. Backed by a 3-year structural warranty and 2-year electronics warranty, with US-based support from Transcell's facility in Buffalo Grove, IL since 1981.

Installation Options

Above-Ground Freestanding

Place on any flat surface and level with the adjustable ball feet. The RF wireless link means the indicator can be positioned anywhere within range with no cable routing. Ramp accessories available in 4x3 ft, 4x4 ft, and 5x4 ft configurations for roll-on pallet jack or cart access.

In-Floor / Pit Frame Mount

Compatible with in-floor pit frame installations for flush-to-floor weighing. The wireless RF link is especially valuable in pit installations where running a floor cable to the indicator is difficult or impractical. Pit frames available as a special order.
