4′ x 4′ Industrial Floor Scale with G-500E Indicator
The Guardian Lite is Transcell's high-value industrial floor scale, built on the same proven Guardian platform that has been trusted in warehouses and manufacturing facilities since 2003. This NTEP-certified platform scale is available in a 5,000 lb capacity, legal for trade and factory calibrated, ready to use the moment it arrives on your dock.
Every Guardian Lite 5,000 lb floor scale ships as a complete, ready-to-use system. The structural steel platform pairs with the G-500E indicator: NTEP certified, equipped with a bright 6-digit LED display, full duplex RS-232 output, and basic piece counting. A 15 ft homerun cable is included.
The platform shares the same heavy-duty construction as the Guardian Premium. An ultra-thick diamond plate deck sits on a ribbed A36 structural steel undercarriage, self-articulating leveling feet compensate for uneven floors, and an IP67-rated top-access junction box means maintenance never requires taking the scale out of service. Backed by a 3-year structural warranty and 2-year electronics warranty, with US-based support from Transcell's facility in Buffalo Grove, IL since 1981.

1/4-inch diamond plate steel on a ribbed A36 structural steel undercarriage. No flex, no deformation under repeated heavy loads.
Self-Articulating Leveling Feet
Proprietary ball-and-cup technology compensates for uneven floors automatically. Adjustable from the top: no lifting required.
JB-FI-4 Signal Trim Junction Box
IP67-rated, 4-channel signal trim junction box. Individual potentiometers for precise corner adjustment without external instruments.
Top-Access Junction Box
Junction box accessible from a hatch on top of the platform. No need to lift or flip the scale for trimming or maintenance.

G-500E Indicator
NTEP and Canadian certified. ABS NEMA 12 enclosure with bright 0.6 in 6-digit LED display and full front panel configuration. Ships with a 15 ft homerun cable. Standard RS-232 with optional Bluetooth and RS-485.

The G-500E RS-232 port transmits data on demand or continuously, compatible with printers, remote displays, and computers.
