4′ x 5′ Industrial Floor Scale with TI-500E Indicator
The Guardian is Transcell's original industrial floor scale, trusted in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and shipping docks since 2003. This NTEP-certified platform scale is available in a 5,000 lb capacity, legal for trade and factory calibrated, ready to use the moment it arrives on your dock.
Every Guardian 5,000 lb floor scale ships as a complete, ready-to-use system. The mild steel platform pairs with the TI-500E indicator: NTEP certified, equipped with a bright 6-digit LED display, full duplex RS-232 output, and basic piece counting. A 20 ft cable is included.
The platform is built for demanding industrial use. A 1/4 in diamond plate deck sits on a heavy duty welded channel undercarriage, adjustable alloy steel ball-foot leveling feet compensate for uneven floors, and a top-access junction box keeps installation and service straightforward. Backed by a 3-year structural warranty and 2-year electronics warranty, with US-based support from Transcell's facility in Buffalo Grove, IL since 1981.

NTEP and Canadian certified. ABS NEMA 12 enclosure with bright 0.6 in 6-digit LED display and full front panel configuration. Ships with a 20 ft cable. Standard RS-232 with optional Bluetooth and RS-485.
