TC-TLC Series Chatillon TCD load cell overview

The TC-TLC Series are plug-and-play replacement load cells for the Chatillon TCD110, TCD225, and TCD1100 Digital Force Testing Machines, designed as direct drop-in upgrades for the Chatillon TLC series load cells. Each TC-TLC load cell connects to the machine's existing wiring via the included 15-pin connector without modification. The TC-TLC Series improves on the original TLC design with enhanced safe overload protection and improved measurement performance. For best accuracy, each load cell should be calibrated to the specific machine it will be used with after installation, to meet the enhanced ±0.1%FS accuracy specification. Capacities range from ±2 lbf to ±1,000 lbf, and all models include a 15.8 mm (5/8 in) eye-end adapter and ship in a padded carrying case.

Technical notes

Installation

The TC-TLC connects to the Chatillon TCD110, TCD225, or TCD1100 via the included 15-pin connector with no wiring modification required. Select the model matching your existing TLC load cell capacity. For best measurement accuracy, calibrate the load cell to the specific machine it will be used with after installation, to meet the enhanced ±0.1%FS accuracy specification. All models include a 15.8 mm eye-end adapter.
