TI-1680 advanced weighing indicator overview
The TI-1680 is an NTEP and Canadian certified advanced industrial weighing indicator housed in a stainless steel wash-down safe enclosure. It is the most capable indicator in the Transcell TI series, designed for installers who need maximum flexibility and operators who need a clean, intuitive interface. The TI-1680 drives up to twelve 350Ω load cells, features a large 1.0" 6-digit green LED display with a tri-color LED bar graph for checkweighing, and includes a full 24-key numeric keypad for direct tare and ID entry. Two full-duplex RS-232C serial ports are standard — one configurable to USB — along with time and date, four cutoff outputs for batch weighing, one logic level input for remote control, 256 truck ID storage, and a programmable print format with 6-digit ID number. Vehicle weigh-in/weigh-out, piece counting, accumulation, peak hold, checkweighing, and batching are all supported. Installation and connectivity
The TI-1680 uses a Quick Disconnect cable connection and operates on 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz via its internal power supply, or optionally on 12 VDC. It connects to any standard mV/V load cell or junction box and supports up to twelve 350Ω load cells. Two RS-232 ports and one USB port are standard, with RS-485, Bluetooth, WLAN, analog output, Ethernet, and USB available as add-ons. Four cutoff outputs and one logic level input are also built in for batch and remote control applications. Compatible applications
